Services

Chic From Chicago provides event planning, event design, styling, and custom fabrication services. All services, scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in written proposals and client agreements.

Proposals & Contracts

All projects require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure services and event dates, unless otherwise stated. Specific terms, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in your agreement.

Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date
• Final balances are due prior to the event, as stated in your contract
• Late payments may result in delays, reduced scope, or cancellation of services

Cancellations & Scope Changes

• Retainers are non-refundable
• Changes to scope, guest count, or design direction may result in additional fees
• Cancellation terms are governed by your individual contract

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and timely event information
• Prompt approvals and communication
• Ensuring venue permissions, access, and compliance where required

Creative Rights & Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, renderings, installations, and custom elements created by Chic From Chicago remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Liability

Chic From Chicago is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party vendors, venues, or guests, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
